[Help] How to export external relationship to xls file

hello,

I’m using P5.
I have a project(Project A rev.0)from others(.xer) and imported into my database.
then i added some activities to this project and link these activities to some other projects.
Now the problem is I received a new update of this project(project A rev.1),I want to export the activities that i added in rev.0 with relationships and then import into rev.1.So I do not need to add those activities and link again.

Can someone help me how to do this,

I tried export to xls, but found external relationship were not exported.
