How Do I Rebaseline in P3.1?

Could someone please detail a step by step guide for rebaselining in P3.1. My client has just changes all the budgets and I need to know what to do.

Sorry to ask such a basic question but I am out in the middle of know where without my notes...

Fingers crossed someone will show pitty on a fool.
