I’ve got a scheme coming up that will involve the construction & fitout of 300+ apartments. Just wondering if anyone could share their experiences in managing the progress / snagging / sign off of such a development. eg from basic Excel style "tick sheets", through to PDA data downloads that enable works managers to walk round site and automatically update either a programme or a schedule of works.
