EV against Cost Account

Does anyone know of a way to report Earned Value against Cost Accounts?

Currently we have multiple expenses against activities with mulitiple cost accounts. It appears that P5 will only allow EV to be calculated at activity level. Our cost system collects actual costs against cost accounts and we need to be able to compare one with the other.

Any suggestions?
