Can remaining cost could be negative???

Hi guys,

help please!! URGENT!!

can the remaining cost could be negative ???

I know its wierd question. I was updating costs in P3e i got a problem as i have to add some managements deductions which are not part of any activity but some seperate issue.

So when i add new activity as "management cost correction" then i wont have budget figure, actual cost for it but only remaining cost which is negative.
