P.S. Contractor, Insurance & Bonds

Hi all,

Contracts says, P.s contractors are bound by the main contractor conditions of the contract. Doesn’t this means, they are also bound by condition of insurances and perfomance bonds.

Moreover, whom should this be addressed to, Main contractor or the employer, since after nomination they act as domestic s/c?
