UNDO OR RETRIVAL IN 3.5.1

Hi Anyone got any idea, How to retrieve the data as of an earier time. I tried to fill the cell but got wrong field . Its too pain to enter it back. Pls let me know if you have any option . I am using p3e 3.5.1 version
