pls help me in cost loading

hi all
i assign bugdet cost for each activities in my project and after i run cost loading report i found defrent cost showing to me for example
i have a round 100 activites for concrete work and the summary bugdet cost for concrete work should be 8504750, but after running cost load the bugdet for this item showing 1035400. and other summary came less than budet...

please help me in this matter
