this is more of a reporting question than a Planning,
i would very much like to have a record of the Planned Start date of all of my activities on my schedule, i would like this data displayed on the Gant Chart display. ideally i would like all of the activities to move in line with the data date line (if the activities are not started/progressed then they move to the right across the page) i would also like the right hand side of the page to show a bar to the left of the data date line that details when the activity ’should’ have taken place, thus detailing which activities havev fallen behind and should have started?
does this make any sense?
all ideas will be greatly recieved
