trying to work a miracle and get a baseline programme for the construction of a new cement kiln line . The problem is, it is a very congested site and half the equipment is turning up too late to install "properly" and the plant needs to be in production yesterday.
In particular I have a problem with the Raw & Cement mills (gear boxes arriving several months after grinding tables etc.. )Going to have to tackle this as if it were a maintenance task and not a new build. does anyone out there have a programme for an "ATOX" or "OK" mill refit?
