Update Progress for Look Ahead Schedule

Hello all

Generally for preparing Look ahead schedules,we fix the target from the updated programme of works and update the progress of that file to the required data date to project the progress for one week or month ..

The problem is ,some activity gets updated and some get reduced in % complete or get zeroed ..eventhough progress override is enabled.

Is there any solution for this..
