Is it possible in MS Project with a few key strokes to change the calendar for an entire project (i.e. all activities) from a 5days/week calendar to a 6days/week calendar and still maintain all original start and finish dates and links?
Of course the durations would have to change.
The programme is not resource loaded as yet, so it will not have any impact on manhours, however, before adding resources I would like to change the calendar to reflect our actual work-calendar.
I’ve thought about making a new (empty) project with 6days calendar and then copy & paste relevant columns with or without use of Excel, but maybe MS Project already have a neat feature for this built-in. Any suggestions?
