How to remove pred & succ relationships with IMPORT ?

Hi guys, I made an EXPORT to EXCEL and made all changes into EXCEL for a result of removing around 200 redundant relationships which created loops... Actually it seems that the deletion of relationships are not taken into account. Thanks by advance
