Relation between Detailed eng. and Basic eng.

Hi Planners,

Is it true that the relation between Detailed eng. and Basic Eng. is 1.5 in terms of duration.?????

For instance, 9 months for Basic Eng., therefore I can assume 14 months for Detailed Eng. based on this factor.

p.s: please think that everything goes well with vendor drawings and the interface with detailed design.
