PBS x WBS

Dear all,

Have u ever used a PBS (Price Breakdown Structure) and a WBS on the same project, with same sutructure but different weights - PBS with financial weights and WBS with fisical weights.
It can allow u to control financial progress and fisical progress separately.

Any comments?
