Guys
I currently use an excel spreadsheet to obtain a matrix report for package procurement. ie tender info required, out to tender, tender return etc... about 15 activities for each package. I have at the moment about 70 packages as a library, from whic I delete to suit each project.
For each package i have three lines Planned Actual & Forecast. I have linked the baseline dates to the planned, actual to the actual, and current to the forecast. So that when I update the programme, the excel sheet reflects the changes. The linking has taken me ages, and is very slow and cumbersome. MSP as far as I know will not provide a matrix style report for this. Any ideas on either speeding up things or whether MSP can help ??
