Setting Resource Costs in Cost Tables

We would like to enter average costs of resources in the Enterprise Resource Global tables for the next couple of years.

I understand that MSP allows you to enter this information for each resource individually by entering the effective date and the new rate.

Is there a way to enter this for the entire resource pool to be able to generate cash flow forecasts without having to modify this for each resource or for each project?
