for a change, and to know the practice by the contractors/companies around the globe, i need some input for the calculation of the annual leave entitlements, is it the practise to calculate the entitlements for the leave which is accumulted over 2 year period [60days] and the entitlement are calculated for the first 30 days based on the 1st salary, the salary now is being revised due to incriment, the argument here is that since, this is the 1st complete 30days leave requested therefore the calculation for the entitlements shall be based on the 1st structure of salary.
common experinces on such instances are requested to share thier experience.
