Today I copied my project and set the copied one as a target.
Now, when I compare the schedule with the target in the bar chart, what happens is that every time I change the remaining duration on my schedule it takes effect also on the target bar. If for instance I update the schedule and the remaining duration became less then the Original Duration then the schedule bar become shorter (fair enought) but what happens is that even the target bar get shorter following the schedule bar.
Looking at the P3 example it doesn’t happen. The target bar remain what it was fixed to be and the target ES and target EF do not change at all.
Should I check some rule to freeze my target bar?
