Estimated Duration for High Rise Buildings

First of all Hello to Everybody!
Can anybody suggest a calculation method or formula to calculate estimated duration for a high rise building project?
Variables should be
A. Type of construction (i.e. Steel structure, Concrete Structure or Composite Structure)
B. Length and Width of the Building (Area of foot print)
C. No of Levels / Floors
D. Type of foundation ( Piles, Raft, Combined)
Normally we will cosider typical floor duration and multiply by number of floors plus the duration for tailed activities (finishes).
