Discripency p3 Screen and Report

Hi Planners

I have big confuse that my project contain over 900 activities, project started June 04, in recent update i have seen that BQ in p3 Screen and report produce by P3 and Excel are shown different why it is? If any explain what will the reason I would be much appreciate
