Application of Arbitration Law

If a Contract is executed in Contractor’s country and the Employer relates to other country and arbitration law is applicable of the Employer then in these conditions can a Contractor challenge Employer’s Law in his own country and ask Local Courts for implementation of Local Law of Arbitration because the place of Dispute and Execution of Contract is in Contractor’s country not the Employer.

Does Local Law enforceable for the subject case? Is there any judgment? If any, forward to me.
