I am working with PM team. Contractor submitting weekly updated program baesd on manhour. He has s-curve in excel
which is produced from p3. When I rolled up the activities, the overall pct% is stated by p3 manual indicates % of the time elapsed, while as I have tested, it it is not as stated, actualy it is the average of all activity % complete. Please help in understanding this criteria and when it is applicable.
