A year ago I recommended a colleague (a fellow Planner)to contact recruitment agency AndersElite (London UK) as he was looking to relocate. I knew they offered £150 for referring successful candidates so this was a big influence on me recommending them as an agency. Needless to say my friend got a contract through AndersElite’s Manchester office and is still working for them. One year later and despite my dozen or so phone calls to both the recruitment consultant and his boss the £150 has still not turned up!!! I’m really angry that Anders have advertised this as an incentive and have not followed it through !!!
