Project Server Connection Problem

After i have setup an account for myself in project server
2003
I’m still can’t connect to Project Server when the Project
Pro start
It said "cannot connect ......"
I have already setup the valid connection.
However when i launch Project Pro offline and try to
publish a project through: Collaborate >Publish >All Info
which using the same connect.
It can public the project to server.

What is the problem of my case ?
