In Timesheet view actual work in hours is not edit

Hi all,
I’ve a problem with ms project 2002 setup.
Timesheet view in web access interface is not editable
for team members..
I’ve an evaluation copy. Is the facility is restricted
in that or what kind of setup is to be done in admin level
to enable that.

I would be grateful for the latest update
