i have done a decent amount of reserach about negative lags. the case i am working on has got the negative lags in procurement actitivites e.g. design and manufacture of six units of kit is linked with a FS -lag to delivery of first kit to site.
I think it is like percentage complete link i.e. when design and manufacture of kit is 80% complete, the first kit would be ready adn delivred to site..
what do you think
