Exporting data from Oracle and Lotus Notes

Hi,

Currently in our company, introduced Oracle for material procurement and for other things. Earlier to that, we use to use Lotus notes. Can any one guide me how can I export material / cost data from Oracle / Lotus Notes into P3 / Microsoft Project.
