Planning & Scheduling Manager (Temporary Infrastructure) — Riyadh

Key Responsibilities and Primary Outcomes:
- Lead the integrated time–risk–change picture for Temporary Infrastructure.
- Own the Project Schedules across assigned venues — consolidating multiple FAs into one truth and protecting critical interfaces.
- Partner with provider schedulers for contractors and suppliers to incorporate into the project schedule.
- Surface schedule and resource conflicts, report issues, and facilitate resolution activities
- Embed quantified risk and active contingency burn-down; enforce disciplined change control.
What you’ll bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering (scheduling / PM certifications a plus).
- 5+ years in project scheduling for complex infrastructure and/or events.
- Mastery of Primavera P6 / MS Project (or similar)
- Strong grasp of critical path, forward and backward scheduling, resourcing loading, dependencies, and crashing.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet, SharePoint, Virtual Venue, WeTrack, and other collaboration platforms
- Confident stakeholder facilitation and conflict resolution.
Set-up & timeline:
Location: Riyadh (HQ), in-person; travel across Saudi Arabia likely; periodic site inspections.
Target start: December 2025.
