The folder location where you save your project is very long already eg. C:\Documents and Settings\administrator.PP-WEB\Desktop\Update\Target\TR02 is more than the project environment variable can handle. I think limited only to 32 characters or bits because its an old software. Today you can name your path to more than 256 or more.
To solve it copy your folder in a different path say make a folder in drive c:\schedule

The total path length (wherein u save ur files) must be less than 64 characters.
Just move your file or shorten your folder name.
