1. Define name of the resource you r going to use in your project in Data--> Dictionary
2.Select your activity and click Ctrl+r to open resource dialog box ,in that drop down the inverted arrow icon and selest the resource you want to assign to activities and plug in budgeted quantities it is preferred than plugging in unit per day option
