To print just the Gantt Chart you can go to File>Print Preview, then in the top left hand corner theres a page setup button, click this and under the options tab it gives you the options of what to show on the print out

Print is as usual as any microsoft software. If u need any help, check help in p6.
As far as change of bar colour is considered, right click on bar and then add new bar based on timescale. Second last column will be of filter. Type in the required filter and assign colour as required.
