Progress by units in P5

If we define BOQ as Non-Labor and Manhour as Labor resource then while updating progress by units P5 calculates by adding both units as

%completed = actaul (Labour+NonLbour) units/Budgeted(Labor+Nonlabour units)



Budgeted BOQ=4000 Sqft , Mhrs=250



Actual BOQ=2000 Sqft , Mhrs=100



Progress( by units ) calcuted by P5 is

(2000+100)/(2000+250)=49.41%



But actually BOQ is 2000/4000=50%



How can we update progress on BOQ Nonlabour resource units only and planned Labour Manohours units depending on BOQ.I want to update progress by BOQ .

Please advise.
