When you convert a schedule from one software package to another you are doing a data conversion not schedule conversion.
All products have different algorithms and unless you are either lucky or have a very simple project schedule it is my experience that schedules will never calculate the same results in different products.

You have to manually adjust calculation options, durations, leads and lags etc until the schedules look the same.
