What do you mean by "Update Progress" is subjective? Is "Update Progress" and "Schedule" different?? In what sense?
The global change somewhat solve the problem, thanks.
The "fill-down" function did great but it is very annoying when it keep on asking me 70+ times if I want to make the task to "not started" because there are some actuals on it. How to skip those annoying questions?!!

1: If you call this function and then click onto the Help-Button youll get good information. Be aware that the algorithm (the way how it calculates) is different to P3.
2 and 3: Its at least as easy as in MSP. Add "actual start" to the columns --> delete the entry within the upmost activity --> select all and PAY ATTENTION! with the cursor within that column --> click right mouse button --> "Fill down".

1. "update progress" is subjective; F9 is a single function of the program (meaning you run or calculate the schedule)
2. & 3. use global change
