Ill track the guy down at work next week if I remember and ask him what our problem was again, I thought it was the same but that didnt sound like the same fix.

I found it, I got the solution,
I must assign resources with unit price even 1$, that is when the summery for S PCT% & P PCT% will be calculated.

Mohammed,
Came across this one the other week, and a bloke I know came up with the soloution.
In a nutshell the fault existed for us when we deleted an activity out of the project which existed in the baseline.
So you will need to carry out a new baseline and the missing data will be returned.
Im sure thats how it went, Ill check tomorrow.
