Seems that Primavera doesnt too happy to join the Open Sources Community. Although their MyPrimavera (Web Interface) currently prefer Apache as the web server platform. Not sure about the front-end application, but for the database it is possible although you still have to buy database server license for Oracle or MS-SQL, which then connected to a MySQL Server.
