It all depends on the structure - Insitu concrete or steel. Next you need to consider the Secondary support system - usually steel angles. Is the alingment top down or bottom up? Are the panels hung or bolted? You also have to take into account the safety aspect regarding scaffolding and fans. Who is working overhaed. It is unlikely that brick cladding panels wil be fixed from the inside so are they fixed going up or down? The next consideration is when does the structure get to be weathertight. I doubt if that has answered your question but maybe it has given you something to think about.
