Otherwise put in a task bar labelled "Work Stop Due to Crane Collapse" Link all the precessor tasks FS to it and link all the suuceror tasks FS from it. Any tasks halfway you have to split the tasks on the start date of the collapse. Apart from that your first route to compensation will be through your insurance policy.
