Also check that you have the latest service packs installed. There are many issues with updating baselines, especialy if you are resource loaded. It simply does not do what it says on the tin. If you are running on Oracle you need to check that it is a supported version. Also check that you have the latest service packs installed.
There are many issues with updating baselines, especialy if you are resource loaded. It simply does not do what it says on the tin.
