As Sr.Planning Engineer-Projects

 Participate In Weekly/Monthly Task-review meetings though Video conferencing Organize and Conduct trainings for Planning Department through Concurrent Design Methodology. Obtain basic knowledge of the Task scope of work. Assist Task Lead in defining/freeze of (in the Task start-up period) mod.packs.in, milestone dates. Necessary aggregated milestone checks in the Task start-up period. Update and maintain Task activity schedule(Level 4): in accordance with the defined mod.packs.in accordance with Task milestone dates, PEM work processes, Client’s and contract requirements. Update, in close co-operation with document control, a document development schedule (Level 5) where: all documents/jobs are linked to the relevant activities in the Task activity schedule.All document/jobs are scheduled within the time boundaries for the corresponding activities. Ensure that approved changes are implemented in plans and forecasts. Update the Task activities with plan dates from suppliers and sub-contractors. Contribute to preparation of necessary progress reports. Report to Task Lead all matters of importance. Ensure that the work is performed in accordance with the execution model, within budgets and with focus on quality and HSE aspects. Close Out Tasks in System Participate in teambuilding activities within the organisation.
