  • Prepared the project schedules from scratch, updated and revised the project schedules as required.
  • Ensured proper project planning throughout the entire duration of the project for optimum schedule maintenance which led to increased profitability and new contracts.
  • Conducted site visits to have a feel of the project progress and met with key team members on site to discuss any deviation issues.
  • Gathered progress update from team members to allow progress to be monitored, highlighting issues/delays and proposing corrective action.
  • Ensured all planning changes are clearly documented and recorded for lessons learned which served as road map towards success in future contracts.
  • Created S-curves and Manpower Histogram for progress tracking.
  • Developed project schedules from tender documents for contract proposals which led to my organization’s success in bid of new contracts and more business.
  • Worked with project manager and project team members for timely resolution of project control issues and management of change (MOC). 
  • Assisted in equipment maintenance planning & scheduling ensuring reduced downtime from loss of key equipment to wear and tear during site work.
