I am an experienced Project management professional.   I work both as project manager or project consultant and work closely with Project controls.   Delivering training where required, including the ECITB City & Guilds NVQ in Project Controls. 

 

My background is varied - I began projects in advertising, moved onto software development, infrastructure projects and latterly Oil & Gas where I delivered many project leadership and risk management projects, smaller and leading to global for an organisation of 41,000 employees in Developing project leaders, of which there were more than 5,000 participants. 

 

I am currently VP of Learning & Development for IACE a new International Association for Commissioning Engineers and I work closely with project controls directors, managers and commissioning managers for this role.
