Managed a team of 6 planners and 12 planners of key supply chain contractors, I ensured the updating change control process is adhered to the contract requirements and in accordance with CSJV requirements.

 

 

Managed the subcontract programmes in accordance with NEC-3, maintained and updated the subcontractor’s programme tracker. Owner of the key dates tracker  and update on the monthly basis to report to Crossrail and senior management for timely and critical decisions.

 

Owned the master programme of circa-10000+activities and supported the project controls manager for EVM reporting,  monitor early warnings, compensation events and compiling supporting information including programmes, cost and resource loading programmes, updating project and variation programmes using P6, monthly progress reporting, attending management meetings, monthly reporting on programme and EVM. Carried out the Pertmaster Risk Analysis for QSRA for the programme which facilitated the agreement of the supplemental agreements in excess of Circa-£5 Million, which was the biggest Claim on the project and I was responsible for setting up P6 Admin access and privileges, control for the team, have trained budding QS/ Section Engineers about the basics of planning and use of P6.
