I hold a degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed University in India & has overall 14 years of multifaceted professional experience in a diversified environment of the construction and tender planning for   Buildings, Marine, Nuclear, Power, Energy from Waste/Process industries, Infrastructures, Roads &  Bridges,  of those 14 years,  7 years rigorous experience in Abu Dhabi/Dubai Tenders/Projects and 5+ years valuable working experience in UK.

Responsible for preparing fully resourced tender/contract programme and the resource & cost control activities such as development of project  resource & cost allocation plans, assigning & checking cost centre, preparation of project budget & cash flow, productivity analysis for manpower / equipment, cost & time variance analysis on critical activities etc……

Responsible for preparation of time extension claims, and support, commercial department for any financial claims, variation orders (Early Warnings/Compensation Events) Progress monitoring & verification, claims and counter claims etc and have good experience in EPC contracts.
