Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Reports to Project Manager/ Project -In-Charge.
  • Assists in formulating project strategy/ plan, monitoring, implementation, recommending changes to the plan to meet project objectives.
  • Consolidates and translates inputs from various groups into project operational plan and master schedule.
  • Provides PMT with detailed target schedules based on agreed parameters, operational plan and master schedule.
  • Maintains an updated plan and as-built schedule.
  • Generates and recommend resources requirements.
  • Analyzes variances on time and resources.
  • Conducts committee meetings on schedule review.
  • Generates and recommend alternative plans and courses of actions in consultation with other groups.
  • Originates, initiates, identifies events of delays, notification, quantification and filing of claims for extension of time.
  • Accountable for workability of plans and schedules.
  • Accountable for consolidation, monitoring and accuracy of as built programs.
  • Other related tasks that may be assigned to him.
