·         Issuing and follow up of letters, NCRs, site instructions and other related sites documents

·         Directly managing sites working teams, instructing for the correct and best way of work

·         Review As-Built Drawings and issue necessary approvals.

·         Perform quantity take off calculations as required.

·         Prepare daily, weekly and monthly site progress reports.

·         Coordinating with construction team for the progress on site, look ahead program.

·         Prepare & Review the Resources Histogram / Cash-Flow. Track the Actual progress and prepare Monthly Progress Report / Bi-Weekly Progress & Productivity Analysis. -Planning & controlling over-all Entity resources and prepare the forecasted resource distribution plan. -Planning / Controlling Suppliers and Sub-contractors progress and delivery.

·         Coordinate site activities with head office and Resident Engineer to confirm availability of needed approval to avoid impacting progress of works.

·         Keeping records of approved and rejected works, labours and equipment used etc.

·         Coordinate with material engineer for sampling & testing of suspected material.

·         Monitor the progress of activities against planned schedules

·         Coordinate with survey party chief to check grade and alignment of completed works.

·         Coordinate with consultant's engineer for proper execution of work.

·         Monitor the progress of production of the assigned activities and ensure that productivity is within the allowed budget rates and that materials and man-hour wastage

·         Enforcing performance of work in strict accordance with approved safety plans.

·         Provide technical engineering support to site superintendents in undertaking details of construction drawings

·         Coordinate with auto cad department in making of shop drawings.

·         Attend and follow up weekly progress meetings with the Consultant and the Client.

·         Managing site execution team, coordinating inspection & testing to ensure smooth execution work.

·         Planning and conducting Quality Assurance training with the Project Execution team to insure that the Project Specifications are understood.
