Parkstone – Freelance Planner

This was building a Children Hospital in Birmingham. Role and responsibilities included;

• Provided support, general scheduling and planning assistance to senior planner and project stake holders
• Ensured planning and scheduling of work on projects and activities were effectively planned
• Updated schedules using Primavera P6
• Monitored and reported on project performance to Project Manager
• Sent two weeks look-up to site team
• Monitored and reported on critical path; CPM and schedule performance of the overall project plans
• Attended weekly team meetings and gave progress updates Generated, assigned and loaded cost to man hour; resource and cost loading
• Assigned activities to resources and managed resource planning Performed Earned Value Management
• Prepared various progress analysis reports to depict current project status
• Produced S-curves monthly and resource leveling and assessed the impact of change control and risks in terms of program key dates and deliverables
