Responsibilities

Responsibilities

·           Working on Tender schedule for the wining work team to support tender documents for a potential project.

Appraised and integrated subcontractor programmes into the master programme

  • Engaged actively to develop Milestone projection, delay, float analysis and actively monitor programme risks and communicate any changes to all stakeholders.
  • Helped Identify budgetary and programme issues that need to be addressed with the client to ensure satisfaction and ensure the agreed key performance indicators, as agreed with the client, are met

 

  • Attend schedule meetings and liaising with subcontractors and client to agreed reporting timescales with internal and external stakeholders to demonstrate progress.

 

  • Organise collaboration session with all Engineering Package leads to ensure they are actively involved in the scheduling of activities and to ensure they take ownership of activities on the master schedule.
  • Attending regular progress meeting to report on progress and risk and to provide controls support to the project team.
  • Measured and Track performance of all live Site works and provide forecast on final labour, delivery dates by producing S-Curves for project monthly report.
  • Actively involved in developing iterative engineering approach to ensure live construction proceed & mitigate Engineering delay caused by Covid 19.
  • Producing look-ahead Schedule for Engineering, procurement and construction teams.
  • Develop Master information release tracker to ensure all engineering blockers are dealt with in a timely manner.

ISG PLC – Planner

 

. During this time, projects have included: -

 

Amazon Darlington (£120M);

Construction of a new Fulfilment Centre including warehouse, office and welfare space, S38 works, 278 works and all other associated external works.

 

Grafton Shopping Centre (£40M);

JCT design & builds program. The scheme was a regeneration of Grafton Centre and the redevelopment of the space within the footprint of Grafton shopping Centre to a 21st century shopping mall.

 

Metro Bank Luton (£15M);

The role involved demolition of the existing structure, new build and full interior fit-out, including; groundworks, piling, shop-front and back of house to create a Metro Bank store. Included site work to suit new external levels and hard and soft landscaping.

 

Tesco Calne Swindon (£12M);

Project was a new-build Tesco Extra on a green field area, comprised of groundwork’s, piling, steel frame, internal fit-out (shop floor and back of house), external drainage, hard and soft landscaping and 278 works.

 

Amazon Warehouse (£100M);

Project comprised the M&E fit-out and redevelopment of warehouse (936,898sqft) and associated office accommodation. The main office accommodation was to be provided over three levels and located externally to the main warehouse/recruiting office and associated external works with various sectional completions. It included highway works and other external works.

 

Role and responsibilities included;

 

  • Worked with the winning work team to develop programme for frontend and execution stage.
  • Measured the quantities from drawings and produce taking off information to develop WBS for tender submission
