  • Identify resource requirements for the scheduled jobs using the job plans
  • Build the “week schedule” making the most effective and efficient use of available resource and issuing the schedule
  • Communicates with operations on scheduling status

  • Being as a Planning Supervisor having ENRICHED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS IN IAP SYSTEM (Integrated Activities Planning system), minimizing production downtime utilizing SAP.
  • Participating in the compilation of competent plant and equipment maintenance data for review and analysis to establish maintenance & overhauling plan, reliability, ensure availability of equipment, investigate and prevent recurring problems.
  • Thorough Knowledge & Experience in preparing RUN to RUN Safe work package which contains all information about required man power, material , tools, equipment’s, consumables and contract services (External & Internal) to ensure safe, effective execution of the PPM, corrective, Overhauling , shutdown & unplanned jobs
  • Daily Planning ,Notification and Maintenance Order generation and execution,
  • Turn Around (TAM) and Shut down Planning and execution,
  • Solving of repetitive Maintenance of Rotating and Static Equipment’s in coordination with other executives.
  • To give suggestions and Implementation of modification proposals.
  • Annual and Shutdown budget planning and Spares Planning.
  • Capital jobs identification and budget planning and job execution.
  • Identification of Energy saving measures and implementation in coordination with other executives
  • Implementation of innovative techniques to increase MTBF and reduce MTTR and FMEA and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Imparting training to technicians and sharing ideas for improvement
  • Preparation of annual, monthly and daily report
  • Overseeing the expected problems and initiate remedial action to avoid crisis.
